The Annex is a two bedroomed ground floor holiday let situated right next door to the hotel directly on the promenade with amazing sea views. 

It consists of one double bedroom, one twin bedroom a family bathroom and a large open plan kitchen diner/ living room with stunning sea views. It also has a small outdoor terrace where you can enjoy a glass of wine or beer or your morning cuppa . Hopefully you will be lucky enough to catch one of Barmouth's famous  sunrises or sunsets. 

It is at the quiet end of town but only a 5 minute  flat walk from the hustle and bustle of the town.
